Customer Care [Sales/Support]

Whom we are looking for:

We are a fast growing SaaS product company with customers mostly in USA and EU. We are currently looking for a responsible customer care agent who will become an important part of our team since we truly believe that sales & support agents are the face of the company. Our perfect candidate is tech-savvy, well-organised, ready for night shifts, speaks and writes in English fluently. Your job will be to answer customer requests mostly in chats and emails, sometimes you will also provide help by phone.
